Parents - Get Involved with SPARK!

We want our parents to be involved in Shining Lights Preschool. We have a group just for parents called SPARK - "School Parents Association - Reaching our Kids". SPARK helps out with Fundraisers, Hot Lunches and Preschool Work Days. We also encourage Grandparents or other relatives to become involved in SPARK.

Communication is KEY!

Communicating with our parents is important to us at Shining Lights. We want to work with you to maximize the value of your child’s time here with us. If you ever have any concerns, please do not hesitate to come to us with them. You may also e-mail our director personally at bcrankshaw@bethelonline.org.

The Afterglow

The Afterglow has moved! Don't Panic—You're in the right place. After seven years on paper, the Aferglow—our monthly newsletter to the parents of our students—has moved to the web! In seven years, we have printed over 4500 copies of the Afterglow. That’s more than 55 lbs of Afterglows! As parents, we know how overwhelming the paper that pours into our homes can be. More often than not, we find ourselves using the web version anyway. Just click here to view the May/June 2008 issue of "The Afterglow". Note: "The Afterglow" is presented in Acrobat (PDF) format.
