Director & Honey Bear Teacher: Barbara Crankshaw has over ten years of management and teaching experience. She is a graduate of Glassboro State College with a BA in Elementary Education and Specialization in Early Childhood. This certification allows her to teach children from Pre-K through the Eighth grade. Currently Barbara is working toward her Masters Degree at Philadelphia Biblical University. She is Adult CPR&AED / Child CPR&AED / Infant CPR certified. As a member of Bethel Baptist Church she serves in the God’s Beginnings program.

Business Administrator and Director of Camp Explorer: Nancy Hill is a graduate of Glassboro State College with a BA in Education and is Adult CPR&AED / Child CPR&AED / Infant CPR certified. She has been at Shining Lights since 2002. Nancy serves at Bethel Baptist Church in the AWANA and God’s Beginnings programs.

Head Aide: Jessica Bennett is in her sixth year at Shining Lights. She is a Freshman at Camden County College. She also sings in the choir and serves in the AWANA Program at Bethel Baptist Church.

Panda Bear Teacher: Janice Deichert has had the pleasure of working with our three year olds for the past nine years. Before coming to Shining Lights Janice had ten years of early childhood experience. She is Adult CPR&AED / Child CPR&AED / Infant CPR certified and recently earned her Child Development Associates Credential. As a member of Bethel Baptist Church she enjoys serving in the Choir and The Kings Servants.

Koala Bear Teacher: Lori White is a graduate of Cedarville University with a BA in Early Childhood Education with a P-3 certification. She enjoys teaching the older children at Shining Lights. She has been with us since 1999.
